Gate is designed to control grain discharge from silos, bins and equipment. It is used at granaries, grain warehouses, harbors, mills and baking complex.
The manufacturer secures a normal steady operation of gates in accordance with their specification and technical requirements if the user observes the operation and storage instructions that are established by the technical conditions and data sheet for this product.
Casing of gate mechanism and manual drive are main assemblies. The main parts of manually operated gate are: a welded casing, a sliding shutter with a rack welded to it, a gear, a steering wheel with an axis. The TZR casing is a welded box made of sheet steel with upper and lower flanges. The upper and lower flanges, welded together, are used as a casing for the rest of the gates. Guide plates are welded to the side walls of the casing along which the gate moves. Gates are produced in various modifications: with round and square flanges.
The sliding shutter moves by means of toothed rack and a pinion fixed to the steering wheel axis.
