Distributive valve is designed to change directions of product flow along gravity spouts. Distributive valve is produced of two types: electrically driven and with a manual drive. It is used at the plant of grain products system as a part of gravity equipment. Valves are produced as one-way and two-way types, with different sections (circular, square), and of different angle of slope
The manufacturer secures a normal steady operation of distributive valves in accordance with their specification and technical requirements if the user observes the operation and storage rules that are established by the technical conditions and data sheet for this product.
Main units for distributive valves are a welded casing of sheet steel with a distributive shutter and a drive. The drive for manual gate valve consists of special lever connected with a gate shaft. Electric drive consists of limit switch and motor-reducer made in Italy.
Operation concept is based on a change of direction of product flow by means of shutter with manual and electric drive.
